The hotel has its ups and downs. The location is superb, close to everything you need, yet there were issues with noisy traffic to the elevator. The service was exceptional with standout team members going above and beyond. Dining was average, nothing extraordinary. Rooms were cramped and lacked good lighting, but the fantastic staff made up for it.

The hotel's location is wonderful, right in Sultanahmet, perfect for exploring the old city. The rooms, though tiny and congested, offer triple or quadruplet options but are not ideally located together for families. The service is exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing opportunities for unique experiences like a Turkish Hamman and dinner cruises. The dining options, while varied with fresh, healthy choices, shine when terrace tables are available. The value for money is evident in the proximity to touristic spots and helpful staff, yet the room layout may not suit all families.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, with easy access to shops, cafes, and historic monuments nearby. However, the room assigned to us, supposedly a family suite, turned out to be a disappointment with a ceiling so low it felt like an extension room on the roof. The noises from seagulls and crows in the early morning were quite bothersome, and the lack of privacy on the balcony due to it being part of the restaurant made our mornings less than peaceful.

The hotel was conveniently located near many attractions in Istanbul Old City, making it easy to explore. The rooms, although a bit smaller than expected, were surprisingly spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered a good variety, but being underground meant there were no room views. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, enhancing our overall stay. The dining experience was enjoyable with a nice selection of dishes, though it could use more variety. Overall, the hotel provided great value for the money with its prime location and excellent service.
