The hotel has its ups and downs. The location is superb, close to everything you need, yet there were issues with noisy traffic to the elevator. The service was exceptional with standout team members going above and beyond. Dining was average, nothing extraordinary. Rooms were cramped and lacked good lighting, but the fantastic staff made up for it.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, with easy access to shops, cafes, and historic monuments nearby. However, the room assigned to us, supposedly a family suite, turned out to be a disappointment with a ceiling so low it felt like an extension room on the roof. The noises from seagulls and crows in the early morning were quite bothersome, and the lack of privacy on the balcony due to it being part of the restaurant made our mornings less than peaceful.
